ABOUT ME
I am an educator, speaker, program designer, and curriculum developer with more than 15 years' experience in training and leadership development. Each course I teach, program I design, or curriculum I write is geared toward helping people tap into their unlimited potential. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to think beyond their present circumstances and create the conditions for maximum growth.
I grew up in a rural community in Virginia, where I was taught two things: There is power in community, and every life is of value. My work today is influenced deeply by these beliefs. I work at the intersection of my passion (helping all people progress), and my expertise (teaching, leadership, and culture). I'm dedicated to designing learning experiences that engage learners and lead to new conversations and actions.
